Westhampton Church is a thriving, family-oriented church which has been a prominent part of the Westhampton community since 1911. Our congregation is diverse, and our programs are unique. Activities vary from puppet ministry to youth ministry; from work in the inner city to ministry on the campus of the University of Richmond; from a weekly ministry through our "English as a Second Language" (ESL) group, to evangelism in the American market place.

Westhampton Baptist Church maintains a full program of activities for all age groups in Christian education, music, social ministry, mission ministry, and spiritual growth. Opportunities vary from mission trips to New England and the Eastern Shore of Virginia to programs designed to feed the hungry and homeless right here in Richmond; from pastoral ministry for those wounded by life to witnessing ministries which transform the heart and reconcile people to God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ. In all these ways and more, we are a people called to ministry and mission by the Holy Spirit of God.
